Dokumen ini menetapkan hak, kewajiban, serta ketentuan penggunaan seluruh layanan, fasilitas, dan area operasional Hotel The Green Space by Econique oleh tamu maupun pengunjung. Dengan melakukan reservasi, check-in, menggunakan fasilitas apa pun, atau memasuki area hotel, Anda dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh Syarat & Ketentuan berikut. Syarat & Ketentuan ini bersifat mengikat secara hukum, dan hotel berhak memperbarui atau mengubah ketentuan kapan pun tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, di mana versi terbaru akan berlaku di seluruh area hotel. Semua reservasi—baik melalui website, telepon, pihak ketiga (OTA), maupun walk-in—tunduk pada ketersediaan kamar dan kebijakan harga yang ditetapkan hotel. Pembayaran wajib dilakukan sesuai metode yang disetujui, dan kebijakan non-refundable maupun reschedule berlaku sebagaimana tercantum dalam ketentuan reservasi. Hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas informasi yang tidak akurat atau salah yang diberikan oleh tamu pada saat melakukan pemesanan.
Tamu diwajibkan menunjukkan identitas resmi yang sah pada saat check-in, dan hotel berhak menolak tamu yang tidak dapat menunjukkan identitas, berpotensi mengganggu keamanan, atau melanggar hukum maupun kebijakan hotel. Selama menginap, tamu wajib menjaga kebersihan serta keamanan kamar dan dilarang membawa barang berbahaya, alat masak listrik, atau benda terlarang lainnya. Kerusakan atau kehilangan fasilitas hotel akibat tindakan tamu akan dikenakan biaya ganti rugi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Aktivitas yang dapat mengganggu tamu lain tidak diperbolehkan, terutama selama periode quiet hours (22.00–07.00). Penggunaan fasilitas hotel—termasuk kolam renang, gym, restoran, spa, ruang rapat, dan area publik—wajib mengikuti aturan masing-masing fasilitas dan beberapa fasilitas dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan. Hotel juga berhak menutup atau membatasi akses ke fasilitas untuk alasan teknis, keamanan, maupun perawatan tanpa kewajiban memberikan kompensasi.
Untuk menjaga keamanan, hotel mengoperasikan sistem keamanan termasuk CCTV di area publik. Hotel tidak menyimpan data kartu kredit kecuali sesuai standar keamanan industri. Barang pribadi tamu menjadi tanggung jawab tamu, dan brankas disediakan di kamar untuk menyimpan barang berharga. Biaya tambahan dapat dikenakan atas kerusakan, kehilangan, atau konsumsi yang belum dibayarkan, dan hotel berhak melakukan post-charge setelah tamu check-out dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu. Hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan barang di area publik atau di kamar yang tidak diamankan. Hotel juga berhak mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan—termasuk mengakhiri masa inap atau melapor kepada pihak berwajib—apabila terjadi pelanggaran terhadap Syarat & Ketentuan.
Anak-anak diperbolehkan menginap sesuai kapasitas kamar, dan anak pada usia tertentu dapat berbagi tempat tidur dengan orang tua tanpa biaya tambahan sesuai kebijakan hotel. Anak-anak wajib berada dalam pengawasan orang dewasa di seluruh area hotel, dan area tertentu seperti gym, spa, atau fasilitas berisiko tinggi tidak diperkenankan untuk anak-anak. Hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas gangguan layanan akibat cuaca, kendala teknis, atau kondisi di luar kendali hotel, serta tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang terjadi akibat kelalaian tamu atau keputusan pihak ketiga seperti penyedia transportasi, OTA, atau vendor eksternal. Hotel berhak menolak tamu yang tidak memenuhi standar keamanan, meminta tamu untuk check-out apabila mengganggu ketertiban atau membahayakan tamu lain, serta memodifikasi atau menghentikan layanan tertentu sesuai kebutuhan. Syarat & Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia, dan segala perselisihan akan diselesaikan melalui musyawarah terlebih dahulu, dan bila diperlukan melalui proses hukum yang berlaku.

By making a reservation, checking in, utilizing any hotel facility, or entering the premises, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are legally binding, and the hotel reserves the right to update or modify them at any time without prior notice, with the latest version automatically applying throughout all hotel areas. All reservations—whether made through the hotel’s website, telephone, third-party online travel agents, or walk-in—are subject to room availability and hotel pricing policies. Payments must be made using the methods approved by the hotel, and non-refundable and rescheduling policies apply as stated in the reservation terms. The hotel shall not be held responsible for inaccurate or incorrect information submitted by guests during the reservation process.
Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification upon check-in, and the hotel reserves the right to refuse guests who fail to present identification, who may pose a security risk, or who violate legal or hotel policies. Guests must maintain the cleanliness and security of the room and are prohibited from bringing hazardous items, electric cooking appliances, or any restricted objects. Any damage to or loss of hotel property caused by the guest will result in compensation charges in accordance with hotel regulations. Activities that disturb other guests are not permitted, especially during quiet hours (22:00–07:00). Use of hotel facilities—including the swimming pool, gym, restaurant, spa, meeting rooms, and public areas—must comply with the rules of each facility, and some facilities may incur additional charges. The hotel may restrict or temporarily close facilities for technical, safety, or maintenance reasons without providing compensation.
For security purposes, the hotel operates surveillance systems, including CCTV in public areas. The hotel does not store credit card data except in accordance with industry security standards. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and a safety box is provided in each room for valuables. Additional charges may apply for damages, losses, or unpaid consumption, and the hotel reserves the right to apply post-charges after check-out with prior notification. The hotel is not responsible for lost items in public areas or unsecured rooms. The hotel reserves the right to take necessary actions—including terminating the stay or reporting incidents to authorities—in cases of violations.
Children are permitted to stay according to the room’s capacity, and children of certain ages may share existing bedding with parents at no additional charge based on the hotel’s children sharing policy. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times, and certain areas such as the gym, spa, and other high-risk facilities are not allowed for children. The hotel shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by weather conditions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, nor for losses resulting from guest negligence or third-party decisions such as transportation providers, OTAs, or external vendors. The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests who do not meet safety standards, request guests to check out if they disrupt order or endanger others, and modify or discontinue certain services as needed. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes shall be resolved through mutual deliberation and, if necessary, through applicable legal procedures.
